Total capacity is 16 beds for up to 22 guests across dorms and private rooms, supported by 4 modern bathrooms, 3 ranchos, an outdoor pool, a firepit, and yoga and relaxation spaces. Operations are staffed with a manager and administrator, a new website is live, and a contract with Envision Festival ensures annual full occupancy during that event. Electric gate with parking for 8 vehicles.
