This 136-acre property in Barú sits directly adjacent to the entrance of Nauyaca Waterfalls, one of the most-visited natural attractions in the Dominical area. The location is minutes from Dominical Beach. At the top of the property, a large primary plantel is positioned for a luxury residence with expansive views. Multiple additional building sites have been identified throughout the land, and an internal road system currently runs across much of the terrain — drivable now, with water management infrastructure already in place. Several creeks add natural character and flow through the property. The biodiversity is substantial: howler monkeys, white-faced capuchins, scarlet macaws, toucans, and other native species are regular presences. A water concession will need to be obtained by the future owner. Properties of this scale and proximity to Dominical have become increasingly rare.
